2018 Board Meeting Schedule

The next Board Meeting will be November 12, 2018.  All meetings will be held at the Purcellville Library on the 2nd floor unless otherwise indicated.

Owner Access Portals
April 25, 2018

Coventry Group is now offering Owner Access portals (see the new link in the sidebar) to allow you to access your association account details. From the portal, you can view your current account balance, check your payment history, pay your assessments online, view pending violations or open work orders, communicate with your association manager and more.

If we have your email address on file, an email was sent to you with your confirmation code. If you need a confirmation code, please email our office manager. Include your name, community name, property address within the community and your email address. We need ALL of this information to verify each homeowner. Violation Complaint Form

The HOA is committed to responding to resident concerns and want to improve this process for both the community and the Board. As of Wednesday, March 28, 2018, all community complaints that require HOA follow-up and / or expect to be discussed during HOA meeting open forums need to be in writing via the following form and submitted to the HOA (in person, via email, or via mail). Please be advised that the violation / complaint must fall under the community rules and / or covenants and all sections must be completed for the HOA to respond. This new policy will streamline HOA meetings and help the HOA follow-up on complaints more effectively. Completed forms can be brought to meetings, emailed to Nataki, our community manager, at Tonvenable@coventrygrp.com, or mailed to P.O. Box 2580, Winchester, VA 22604 .

Only Approved Stain Color for Decks or Fences
November 27, 2017

There has been some confusion concerning the approvable stain color in Purcellville Green regarding the staining of your fence or deck.  The ONLY approvable color currently accepted is the BEHR – CEDAR NATURAL TONE STAIN SEMI-TRANSPARENT STAIN.  Please note this as the governing docs were not specific with the Semi-Transparent indication and this has caused confusion around which stain to use.  The documentation has been changed to reflect this properly in the HOA Designs Guidelines. Please note this when doing any staining of a deck or fence in the community. If you have any questions regarding this please check with Coventry Group before you begin your project.

New Landscaping Company – MPM, Mulvany Property Maintenance
March 30, 2017

There is a new landscaper in the community.  Mulvaney Property Maintenance. You may have already seen them in the neighborhood.  If you have any questions about or for the landscapers, please contact Mark at Coventry Group.  Please be aware that they do not take care of the front beds of the homes and that these are the owners responsibility to maintain the plantings, weed and mulch.  If you are placing mulch down it must match existing mulch in texture and color.
